1. Who we are

Future Sales Force is a trading name of Globaltalent Connect, registration number 2024/232892/07, a company registered in South Africa. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Future Sales Force, and "you" means the person or business engaging us.

2. What we provide

We provide sales consulting, sales audits, sales and leadership training, sales operations support, the free 21-point Sales Engine Assessment, and the paid $99 Assessment Review which includes a 30-minute session with a senior human sales professional and a written 7-day action plan.

Larger engagements (Diagnostic & Roadmap, Full Transformation, Elite Performance Partnership) are delivered according to a written proposal that sets out scope, deliverables, timelines and fees. Where a proposal and these terms differ, the proposal applies to that engagement.

3. Quotations, prices and taxes

Prices published on this website are indicative and quoted in United States Dollars (USD). A quotation is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude any value-added tax, sales tax, withholding tax or bank charges that may apply in your jurisdiction; those remain your responsibility.

Group programme pricing is based on groups of 5 to 10 participants. There is no minimum number of participants; smaller teams are quoted individually.

4. Payment

The $99 Assessment Review is payable in full before the session. Larger engagements are normally invoiced with a deposit before work commences and the balance according to the schedule in the proposal. Invoices are due on the date stated on the invoice.

Card payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not see, handle or store your card details. Payment by bank transfer or ACH is available on request; contact us and we will supply the banking details. Work is scheduled once payment is received or confirmed.

5. Bookings, cancellations and refunds

Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Refund entitlements, including the money-back guarantee on the $99 Assessment Review, are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Your responsibilities

To deliver useful work we rely on you giving us timely and accurate access to the information, systems and people relevant to the engagement — for example sales figures, CRM data, and access to your sales team and managers. Delays in providing these may push out timelines and do not entitle you to a refund.

You confirm that you are authorised to share any data you give us and that doing so does not breach any agreement or law applicable to you.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends. We may describe our work in general, anonymised terms unless you ask us not to.

8. Intellectual property

Frameworks, checklists, templates, training material and other materials we create or supply — including the AAA Framework and the 21-Point Sales Engine Checklist — remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them internally within your business. You may not resell, publish, or deliver them as training to third parties without our written permission.

Your own data and business information remain yours.

9. No guarantee of results

We provide professional advice, training and implementation support. Sales results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, product, staffing and execution. Nothing on this website or in any proposal is a guarantee of specific revenue, close ratio or growth outcomes. Any figures, examples or benchmarks discussed are illustrative only.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

11. Termination

Either party may end an engagement in writing if the other commits a material breach and does not remedy it within 14 days of being notified. On termination you remain liable for fees for work performed and commitments already incurred up to that date, subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

12. Privacy

Personal information you submit through our forms or during an engagement is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order. The date of the current version is shown above.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. We will always try to resolve a concern directly first — please email info@futuresalesforce.com.
